CVS assertion failure

Hi,

I get the following:

$ cvs -z0 -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/sources/cvs
rlog ./ccvs

cvs [rlog aborted]: received abort signal
cvs: recurse.c:733: do_recursion: Assertion `strstr (repository, "/./")
== ((void *)0)' failed.

Setting CVS_CLIENT_LOG confirms that the assertion failure comes from
the server.

P.S.  FYI, The reason I put './' in front of the module name was to try
and stop module expansion.
