cvs [any cvs action]: Connection to server Failed

Dear CVS users community,

I am getting below error for any CVS action i do in WinCVS or in command
line. I have my CYGWIN SSH configured perfectly so that i just no need to
enter my password. WinCVS was working fine till yesterday I installed some
important Windows Updates.

Would anybody help me to get rid of this error?
