Actually chown and chgrp do have the -h option. But it does not do
help but other things.
For all unused options the user is directed to --help. Therefore the
user should not be left wondering how to find the online option
listing. Generally the standard for the GNU utilities is to use
the --help long option for the purpose of getting help.
