mail hooks not mentioned on mail help page

Normally, when one does C-h m, (describe-mode), one learns of the
available hooks for that mode.  Not the case when in mail mode,
however: e.g., mail-setup-hook isn't mentioned.  Furthermore, wouldn't
it be nice to see "...which is contained in `simple'.", as is done for
e.g., describe-key.  By the way, saying "in simple" would be better
stated as "in simple.el", especially when facing beginners."
