I was using ESC ! the other day, and I thought, "why doesn't this give
me shell command completion? They can do it in the *Shell* buffer,
whey cant they do it for "ESC !"? Example: "ESC ! shut TAB" should
complete "shutdown" [if one is root]. [also do ESC | ... also for ESC x man
