vc-annotate-color-map docstring has wrong time unit

 of 2001-10-29 on Astalo, modified by Debian
configured using `configure  i386-debian-linux-gnu --prefix=/usr

The documentation string of vc-annotate-color-map says:
>   "*Association list of age versus color, for \\[vc-annotate].
> Ages are given in units of 2**-16 seconds.
> Default is eighteen steps using a twenty day increment."

The two largest ages in the list are 421.8750 and 448.2422; the
difference is 26.3672.  If 2**-16 means 2 raised to the power of
-16, then 26.3672 is about 402 microseconds which is not a
"twenty day increment".

I suppose the minus sign should be removed.
