calendar: holidays for Germany

Hello,

Emacs 20.7 is lacking the German national holiday on October 3rd, so I 
added it:

(custom-set-variables
 '(local-holidays (quote ((holiday-fixed 10 3
        "Tag der Deutschen Einheit (neu)"))) t)
)

Maybe you find this useful for the standard version.
