Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Running dabbrev-expand in the minibuffer starts an infinite loop.
It seems that after I upgraded my emacs dabbrev-expand quit working in
the mini-buffer.

Any clues?
