In windows with different face height than the default face, the fringe is displayed incorrectly after scrolling the window using the mouse wheel. The attached image shows how the left fringe is incorrectly updated after scrolling the windows upwards with the mouse wheel. The
face used on that window is defined with a height scale of 0.9.
