It occurred to me that you probably did not set MallocStackLogging.
To get relevant output, more than the one you posted, you need to set 
MallocStackLogging in the environment before starting Emacs, i.e.

% MallocStackLogging=1 /path/to/Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/Emacs

Emacs will be a bit slower, but leaks output is much more useful and a 
lot bigger.
