The suggestion has come up in a different bug report (http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=18438#160) that emacs might need a larger stack. Please issue the following command (as administrator, while emacs is not running) and see if the crashes stop: 

  peflags -x0x800000 /usr/bin/emacs-X11.exe
