OK, then we can use these shorthands, I'd say.
Does this also annulate Paul Eggert's remark that "I suspect the reason for
those long numbers like 009695399 in their URLs is because they want
to encourage people to follow their official policy."? I.e. does the
OpenGroup agree to "deep linking" into pages under /susv3* ?
