For the reasons I mentioned earlier, I think it would be wise waiting
before performing the definitive move to GPLv3. 

Even if we provide a list of modules we use doesn't mean that we're not
going to need new module tomorrow, or that another library project
licensed under GPLv2 will need that module.

The modules (and their dependencies) we currently use in Prelude are:
