One of these is the savannah web page.  It takes someone with savannah
project admin rights to swap the gnulib project over from CVS to git
listings, so that the link provided on this page[1] will point to the new
git repository and git-cvsserver alternate, rather than the old CVS
repository (which I assume should no longer be readable, since we won't be
keeping it in sync).

Would the swap make it so that everyone who has commit rights to CVS now
will be granted push rights to the git repository?
