Somehow there was a mixup in the ChangeLog entry that got
committed: the è (e-with-grave-accent) got committed as a single
byte "\350" rather than the proper UTF-8 "\303\250".  I just
now fixed that.

Ludovic's patch used UTF-8 encoding for
the email text, but iso-8859-1 for the inline patch.
Although that's valid, it's a bit confusing, and no
doubt contributed to the mixup.  Ludovic, can you configure
your Gnus client to send UTF-8 uniformly?  That might help
avoid similar problems in the future.

Bruno, did you use KMail to decode and apply the patch?
Is there some way to tell KMail to by default save text in UTF-8
even if it was sent using some other encoding?  That might
help too.
