Re: README-release patch

Ping? My other (rejected) patch has been responded to, but not this
one. Sorry to be a pain, but I'm working on a (per-project) patch to
README-release, and I'd like to get this patch accepted or rejected so
I know what I'm basing my per-project patch on!
