Passed my tests, so I've now pushed it with this changelog (the tiny
change designation merely means you don't have copyright papers on file
for gnulib):

2013-07-18  Werner Lemberg <address@hidden>  (tiny change)

 bootstrap: use correct source when copying build-aux files
 * build-aux/bootstrap (gnulib_extra_files): This variable is
 relative to upstream gnulib layout, not downstream.
