No, it hasn't. It's a bug in glibc, clearly.
We can either change gnulib to fix the bug for gnulib-using programs,
or we can change the test case to not tickle the bug.
I'm a bit inclined to do the latter, as the bug's
not likely to be run into, and when it is run into
someone will tell us (it's a compile-time error).
