Another fix is needed, for the 'libtextstyle-optional' module.
Uncovered by the continuous integration.

* m4/libtextstyle-optional.m4 (gl_LIBTEXTSTYLE_OPTIONAL): Invoke
gl_CONDITIONAL_HEADER.
