Yes - there is nothing 'fundamental' against this plan.
I don't think the gnustep-make system will build applications and
frameworks natively for OS4.2 at the moment, we need separate code for
that, but it should be quite easy to write: it's probably the same as for
Apple, with a few tweaks in the bundle structure.
But finding the XML parser is probably the first thing to do though :-)
Any working SAX parser would do. You could even take one from some open
source project and adapt it.
