NSPopUpButton/NSMenuView patch (was: Re: Your latest patch...)

Hi Serg,

With the attached patch the popupbuttons are visually perfect -- and with yours
and Wims recent work the popups are in the best shape ever!

p.s. I apologize if this patch doesn't apply cleanly, my tree has alot of
uncommitted stuff from Wim and others in it. Of course, this is only a few
lines so it should be straight forward. :-)
