Summary: Bug when add new file into project in ProjectCenter
Original Submission: 1. openapp ProjectCenter.
2. Project->New. (Name and type don't matter).
3. File->New in project.
4. Choose "File Type" as "Objective-C Protocol".
5. Type "test.h" in "Name:"
6. It causes "Critical Error: Tried to add nil key to dictionary".
It also applies when the filename is test.m for file type "Objective-C Class".
