Sorry for taking so long to answer, it's been busy in here..
I applied this patch, and I think it has a problem that the previous 
one didn't have:
I can have more than one app with a black title (thinking they have 
focus and
with the their menues on screen).
And focus doesn't always change by clicking on the title, most of 
the times (if not all)
I have to click inside the window to get focus.

I didn't have the problem of flashing though (and that was the only 
problem I had with
the previous patch, that disconsidering the flashing thing seemed 
perfect to me).
