GSHTTPUrlHandle path handling

In GSHTTPUrlHandle.m, + initialise:

      sprintf(debugFile, "/tmp/GSHTTP.%d",
        [[NSProcessInfo processInfo] processIdentifier]);

assumes "/tmp".  Code should call NSTemporaryDirectory() to establish the path 
and append "GSHTTP.%d" for the file name.

Off the top of my head:

sprintf(debugFile, [[NSString stringWithFormat: @"%@/GSHTTP.%d" arguments:
[NSTemporaryDirectory() objectAtIndex: 0] [[NSProcessInfo processInfo] 
processIdentifier] nil] cString]);

should provide the correct behaviour.
