Summary:  PgUp, PgDn do not work in NSBrowserView

Original Submission:  The PgUp and PgDn keys do not work in NSBrowserView. For 
long listings, like Charmap's with several dozen item or GWorkspace directory 
listings, it would be nice to be able to quickly move up or down. Scroll mice 
should work there too.
