Summary:  The background color on some widgets in Gorm doesn't use the system 
controlBackground color.

Original Submission:  This is because some of those .gorm files were created 
before this named default existed.   I need to go through all of the .gorm 
files and fix this so that when Gorm is themed by Camaelon, the colors are 
consistent. GJC
