Details:
When installing GNUstep from CVS via the Startup/InstallGNUstep script, the
installer will fail to properly untar the ffcall library out of the
Startup/sources directory. Manually untarring the file into core/ before
installing lets the installation proceed properly.
This was on a Red Hat EL 4 system.
