Details:

Mingw can link against libs named by other names than just .a.  Also mingw
will still use a libFOO.a or libFOO.dll.a even in dynamic mode to support dll
stub libraries.  This patch updates which_lib to all names that might be
generated by gnustep-make projects.

FOO.dll
libFOO.dll.a
libFOO.a
