Looks to me like this was introduced with Window Maker 0.92.0. Ever
since I updated to that versions, (GNUstep) application icons look
like crap.

I'm currently working on a window/desktop manager and have been
screwing around with GSAppKitUserBundles. So I removed all entries to
GSAppKitUserBundles in my user defaults, and now cannot reproduce this
particular problem anymore. Apparently this is related to my own
incompetence in programming :-)
However, the other focus problems I reported earlier are still there.
