Follow-up Comment #10, bug #22565 (project gnustep): The string stems from the original property list parsing and is consistent with WO45. The -[NSString decimalValue] is an undocumented method in WO45. If it doesn't exist in current Foundation and/or you do not want to add it to -base, then I'll add it to GDL2. But since I have reports that the tests pass on OS X, I'll assume this it also exists on OS X.
