Thanks ... that looked like a reasonable/useful addition, so I applied your
patch.
However, I don't think it's a bug in GNUstep if the package on Gentoo fails
to track the dependency. Surely that's a matter for the Gentoo packager to
handle, either automatically by the packaging system or manually by whoever
maintains the package (I would hope that the packaging software supports
automatic tracking of library dependencies).
