Well, when you run the app from the shell, this is the information:
NSUserName: Juan
GSDefaultsRootForUser: C:/GNUstep/Defaults
With double click above the executable:
NSUserName: Juan
GSDefaultsRootForUser: C:Documents and Settings/Juan/GNUstep/Defaults
