Update of bug #27638 (project gnustep):
Summary: Scrollbar does not jump to the correct location on
NSWindows95InterfaceStyle => Incorrect scrollbar behavior on
NSWindows95InterfaceStyle

Follow-up Comment #1:
I have to change this report! I played a little more with it and now I have
a better idea of what's going on. GNUstep is trying to mimic the Windows
scrollbar behavior by only doing a "page down" whenever you click on a blank
are of the scrollbar, which is cool. If I hold the mouse click, however, it
won't keep "paging down", instead, it'll adapter the default GNUstep behavior
of controlling the scrollbar.
Sorry for the confusion before!
