Details:

Part 1: 
-Use the plain GNUstep theme
-GSBackHandlesWindowDecorations is YES

Run GSTest and start the NSButton test. Click somewhere inside the window to
focus the window. Hover the mouse over one of the buttons in the window, note
the tooltip appears. Now move the mouse away and note that as soon as the
tooltip disappears, the window title bar becomes inactive / loses focus.

Part 2:
-Use the WinUX theme

Repeat the procedure in part 1.

Along with the window unfocusing when the tooltip disappears, the top part of
the window gets blanked out ( as in blank_top_part_of_window.png). Hovering
the mouse over this area shows a menu (?!) (corrupted_menu.png). At this point
the window acts strangely. Clicking where the normal Windows menu should be
will display it, but it disappears when the window repaints. There is a
significant delay for the window to repaint now (clicking on a button takes
0.5 seconds to show up).
