You can get it from the Debian pool. From
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gnumach get
gnumach_1.2.orig.tar.gz
gnumach_1.2-DEBIANVERSION.diff.gz
Untar and patch with the diff. This will make it.
