It seems that we're in good shape again, i.e. bug-hurd is back from a
unmodifiable read-only state of 2002-12-06 to the supposed status quo.
Thanks to Justin and Karl (and whoever else was involved) for your
efforts!
Since the messages from the last days obviously didn't make it though to
all current members of bug-hurd, I'll now bounce them back to the list.
