Booting non-TLS Hurd as a subhurd

Hello!

| <antrik> ouch... seems I can't boot my pre-TLS partition in a subhurd :-(

I don't see immediatelly why this wouldn't work. Samuel, any idea? Save
that they are sharing the underlying microkernel and the host is
providing a few device emulations, the host and guest (subhurd) are to be
independent of each other. Might there be some bug somewhere?

This issue could be reproduced easily by installing a K14 (which is
pre-TLS) into an image file and booting it as a subhurd.

| <antrik> I wonder whether it can be upgraded in chroot?...

Should work, I think.

Regards,
 Thomas
