Here the idea of a testing repository comes in again: Unlike in
unstable, only packages that have all dependencies fulfilled will
migrate to testing; otherwise, old versions are kept.

As Michael pointed out, that would be pretty useful, but probably quite
some work. (It might be worth it though, if it allows for automatically
creating working images...)
