Yes, you are right. I am using glibc-2.7 downloaded from 
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glibc/glibc-2.7.tar.bz2. I am using your scripts to 
build the system. Has there been any recent patch added to glibc. I belive I 
have all of them.

That version of glibc doesn't exist.
