Definitely!
I still don't like having to use git (I almost shot my clone again), but a
DVCS-enabled staging site is still the best way I know to work on a critical
page in the open.
And a few months from now I won't have to use git - there's a transparent
Mercurial-to-git gateway in the works ([hg-git]). It should close the hg-vs-
git shism, since noone will be tied to the VCS the main project uses anymore.
