This seems to be the original Mach 3 for MIPS:
ftp://ftp.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs/project/mach/public/src/mkernel/mips.tar.Z
I don't know though whether this is the newest -- there might be a MIPS
version of Mach 4 as well, or even something with GNU-specific
modifications... I just stumbled over it while looking for other stuff :-)
