Wiki Edits: merging old faq with the faq

Hello,

The following patch is a tiny attempt to merge the old faq with the new
faq.  Where the old FAQ and the new FAQ have similar questions and
answers, I have deleted the extra information from the old FAQ.  I have
also moved some information from the old FAQ to the new FAQ.
