See the rest of the conftest.c file, mentioned below in config.log
Here the problem simply is that the Hurd doesn't have sched_setaffinity
yet.

Which man page do you want? Debian GNU/Hurd is simply a Debian system,
so you will find man pages just like on a Debian GNU/Linux system.
