Now I've just tested this laptop with Debian GNU/Linux. I confirmed that VESA is not supported in this machine, but fbdev seems to run well in Linux.
But fbdev doesn't works properly in Hurd. It returns an error about "more than one possible primary device found"

Nope. It's a T60 with integrated graphics (not ATI), and default BIOS.
