So the interesting patch(

In my opinion that patch should fix the problem.
Current stable version of procps (3.3.16) was released Dec, 7 2019 (about 1
month before the patch).
There is now: https://gitlab.com/procps-ng/procps/-/tags/v3.3.17rc1 released
Jan 22, 2021 (about 1 week ago).
Debian unstable is still based on 3.3.16: https://packages.debian.org/sid/procps
Paquet procps
sid (unstable) (admin): Utilitaires pour le système de fichiers /proc.
