To use Libtool with C++ you have to have CVS Libtool,

Would someone please make a fix for the C++ related bug that I just reported? Based on the information in my last post, a fix should be obvious if you understand the overall design of libtool. In fact, it should be a single line in libtool.m4 that is "CC=$nonopt". I would add it, but I don't know at which point it is most appropriate. Save the C++s!
