libtool-1.5.4: configure fail to set LTDL_SHLIB_EXT

Hi,

i think there is a bug in the autotools stuff in
libtool-1.5.4. Configure fails to set LTDL_SHLIB_EXT
for libltdl which causes lt_dlopenext() to ignore
native system shlibs when called. Simple patch bellow.
