Great.  This bug is fixed with this patch[1] to autoconf.  If you need
to use this Fortran compiler in conjunction with Libtool, you will need
to install the CVS version of Autoconf after that patch is merged (or
apply it yourself), a recent Automake, rerun ./bootstrap within the
libtool source directory and rebuild and install it.  Then you will need
to re-libtoolize your own packages with this new libtool.

Or you can just wait until the next release of Libtool after the next
Autoconf release.  :)

Thanks for your patience with this issue.  The C++ issue will be dealt
with later.
