[libtool 2.2.11a] testsuite: 48 69 92 failed [cygwin]

 48: deplib in subdir         FAILED (deplib in-subdir.at:140)
 69: dlloader API             FAILED (dlloader-api.at:422)
 92: C++ exception handling   FAILED (exceptions.at:262)

testsuite.logs attached.  I also have the entire testsuite.dir
preserved, but it's 137K compressed so I haven't attached it here.

In 48, the problem occurs during libtool --clean:

In 69, the library fails to open:
