Please check that you can reproduce the bug without libtool, and if yes,
please open a GCC bugzilla or Cygwin bug, whichever you think fits
better. To make your life easy, I've previously extracted the exception
across module part here:

It should suffice if you adjust the commands to build the code from the
verbose log of the test.
